Terms & Conditions – Washing Machine Repair & Servicing (Singapore)
1. Scope of Services
1.1 We provide diagnostic, repair, servicing, and maintenance for washing machines.
1.2 All services are subject to technician availability and the condition of your appliance.
1.3 We reserve the right to decline service for appliances that are unsafe, modified, or beyond reasonable repair.
2. Service Visits & Inspection Fees
2.1 A service call or inspection fee may apply for on-site visits, regardless of whether you proceed with repairs.
2.2 If you proceed with the recommended repair, the inspection fee may be waived or deducted depending on our policy.
2.3 Additional charges may apply for urgent, after-hours, or weekend services.
3. Quotations & Pricing
3.1 All prices quoted are estimates based on visible issues at the time of inspection.
3.2 Prices may change if additional faults are discovered during the repair process.
3.3 Quotations do not include replacement parts unless specifically stated.
4. Repairs & Replacement Parts
4.1 Repairs will only be carried out with your approval of the quotation.
4.2 Replacement parts used may be new, refurbished, or third-party equivalents, based on your chosen option.
4.3 Parts availability depends on manufacturers and suppliers. Delays caused by suppliers are not our responsibility.
4.4 We are not responsible for issues caused by:
Aging appliances
Wear-and-tear
Improper use
Previous unauthorised repairs
Environmental conditions (e.g., water pressure, electrical issues)
5. Warranties
5.1 Service or parts warranties (if provided) will be stated on the invoice.
5.2 Warranties generally cover only the repaired part or specific repair work, not the entire appliance.
5.3 Warranty is void if:
The appliance is tampered with by anyone other than our technicians
Damage results from misuse, negligence, or unrelated faults
Original issues recur due to unrelated components failing
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide safe and unobstructed access to the washing machine
Ensure electricity, water supply, and drainage are functioning
Remove personal items from the laundry area
Disclose known issues, prior repairs, and appliance history
Supervise the service visit if the premises are not your own
7. Liability & Limitations
7.1 We take reasonable care during service but are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Hidden defects not detectable during inspection
Loss of laundry items or personal belongings
Damage resulting from old, heavily used, or poorly maintained appliances
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
7.2 Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Cancellation & Rescheduling
8.1 You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
8.2 A cancellation fee may apply for last-minute cancellations or no-show visits.
9. Payments
9.1 Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
9.2 We accept cash, bank transfer, or digital payment platforms (e.g., PayNow, PayLah).
9.3 Late payments may incur additional administrative charges.
10. Data Protection
We collect and use your personal data in accordance with the PDPA (Singapore). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Singapore’s courts or through mutually agreed mediation.
12. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be provided upon request or posted on our official channels.
